Subjects in CS Executive Level

The new syllabus of cs executive programme becomes applicable from February 1, 2013. It consists of seven papers instead of six papers at present.

MODULE 1

1. Company Law

2. Cost and Management Accounting

3. Economic and Commercial Laws

4. Tax Laws and Practice

MODULE 2

5. Company Accounts and Auditing Practices

6. Capital Markets and Securities Laws

7. Industrial, Labour and General Laws

In order to pass executive level a student has to obtain 40 % in each subject and 50 % in aggregate. Each paper carries 100 marks.

For ex:

Case1-if a student is appearing for module 1 then he/she has to score at least 40 (ie 40%) marks each for the four papers and the aggregate marks taken together should be more than 200 (ie 50 %)

Case2- if a student is appearing for module 2 then he/she has to score 40 (ie 40%) marks each for the three papers and the aggregate marks taken together should be more than 150 (ie 50 %)

Case3-if a student is appearing for both of the modules then he/she has to score 40 (ie 40%) marks each for the seven papers and the aggregate marks taken together should be more than 350 (ie 50 %).
